I am Dr. Julia Real, a plastic surgeon who earned my medical degree at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). I trained in General Surgery at Santa Casa de Misericórdia, in Plastic Surgery at Hospital Universitário Ciências Médicas in Belo Horizonte, and in facial rejuvenation and regenerative medicine in Belgium.
In 2023, I received an award at the ISAPS congress in Athens for the minimally invasive, scarless otoplasty technique. I am a full member of SBCP, BAPS, and ISAPS and, as a Galderma speaker, I lead training sessions for plastic surgeons and dermatologists throughout Brazil.
I focus on facial rejuvenation, especially deep plane facelift and neck lift, and on a comprehensive approach to the eye area, combining blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow lift, and fat grafting. By listening closely, I seek balanced, natural-looking results for each patient.
